We do not accept return, exchange or cancellation unless there is any damage occurred during shipping. Contact us on WhatsApp 8075553636 for any damages occurred during shipping. We will replace the item or refund the amount after verification. But you need to return the damaged item through any courier service because we don’t have a doorstep courier pickup facility. Unboxing full length video (with no cuts) is must for any damage claim. Without unboxing video damage claims will be denied. Any kind of damage must be informed to us within 24 hours of delivery. If your damage claim is approved by our team, Then we will share our address with you and you have to ship back the damaged item within 48 hrs. After returning the item you have to share the tracking in our whatsapp. When the item reaches us we will either replace the item or refund the amount within 7 working days.
